Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate you will be challenged and stretched by our Saturday morning class. Stand Up Pilates & Yoga Fusion with Certified instructor Haley Mills. To secure your spot RSVP ahead of time and arrive 15 minutes prior to each session.

What to expect:
Quick intro and safety meeting before launching boards. Moving through an on water warm up, 30 min flow, restorative cool down, and a long floating meditation.SUP Yoga is an open event for anyone that is interested.
What to bring:
Clothing suitable for swimming and appropriate clothing for yoga. Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. We also recommend bringing sunscreen and a towel. Don't wear or bring valuables out on the water
Most importantly a positive attitude!!
Meet your guide:
Haley has been a paddler for the past 17 years. 8 of those years were spent as a competitive athlete for Stand up Paddle boarding and Kayaking.
She an all around water women, 3 Time member of the USA Freestyle Kayaking team, Whitewater Stand Up Paddle Boarder (SUP)Female Pioneer, River surfing, and ocean/flatwater SUP racer.
Now she is playing with on yoga on her boards just another way to be out on the water. Haley is a current WPA Level 1 Instructor for Paddle Boarding and certified in SUP Pilates instructor.
