Thomas was very good at explaining the very rare issue I had. When transferring my crypto through eth network to my trust wallet the default trust wallet uses is BNB smart chain. Because trust wallets new beta version of a “swift” wallet has not created a eth network my crypto was frozen on a white sheet through etherscan which is a publicly accessed knowledge based site of transactions placed.
