Mind, Body, and Spirit - there is no better way to balance your life than Yoga on the water! Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate you will be challenged and stretched by our Thursday and Saturday morning classes. Enjoy Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga with Certified instructor Mackenzie Mann. To secure your spot RSVP ahead of time and arrive 20 minutes prior to each session.

Come prepared to get a bit wet from either the splash of your paddle or a fall in the water. Dress for the weather. Light weight, synthetic, or beach wear is best.  We recommend water shoes or sandals because there are rocks at the launch dock but you are welcome to go bare foot. Stay hydrated and be sure to get lots of incredible photos!

What to expect:

Quick intro and safety meeting before launching boards. 20-30 minute paddle to the northside of Maclellan island, drop anchor and enjoy an hour of invigorating yoga with Mackenzie, then a 20-30 minute paddle-float back to launch.  SUP Yoga is an open event for anyone that is interested.

Meeting Location

This class meets under Market Street Bridge within Coolidge Park, address 100 River Street, Chattanooga, TN 37405. Please park in Coolidge Park or Renaissance Park (allow ample time to find a parking spot). Weekends may prove to be more difficult.
